Privacy policy

Trading Class is a learning app. This page says in plain words what the app keeps, where, and why.

What stays on your phone

• Your birth date. The app asks once so lessons and ads fit your age. It is stored only on your phone and is never sent to us or to advertisers.
• Your progress, points, streak and settings, when you use the app without an account.

What an account saves

If you sign in with Google or Apple, the app saves your first name, your progress and your certificates with your account, so you can move to a new phone. We do not see your password. You can delete the account and everything saved with it from Settings, or by writing to us.

Certificates

When you earn a certificate, its number, your first name, the world, the score and the date are stored on our server, so that anyone who scans the code can check it is real. Only the first name you typed is shown. You can ask us to remove a certificate at any time.

Ads

Learning is free with ads from Google AdMob. By default ads are not personal: they are chosen by the lesson, not by who you are. You can allow ads that fit your interests in Settings, and turn that off again any time. Learners under 18 only ever see non-personal ads. Pro removes ads.

What we measure

The app reports which lessons are watched and finished, so we can see which lessons work and fix the ones that do not. No lesson trail is kept for learners under 18.

What we never do

• We never connect to a broker, hold money, or place trades.
• We never sell your data.
• We never show your birth date, email or full name to other learners.

Where data lives

Account data and certificates are stored with Google Firebase in the Mumbai region. Videos are delivered by Amazon CloudFront, which sees your IP address like any website does.

You can see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to hello@tradingclass.app and we answer within 30 days.
