Trading just because you feel bored and want something to happen, not because a good chance showed up.

The fuller meaning

Taking trades to relieve boredom rather than because a setup meets the plan, a common cause of overtrading. Every extra trade adds costs and lowers average quality; price alerts, a daily trade limit and a checklist let the setup come to you instead.
