Sticking to your plan and rules even when your feelings tell you to do something else.

The fuller meaning

Consistent execution of a written plan: only planned setups, stops kept, size by the rules and stopping at limits. Discipline is measured by plan adherence, not profit; with the same entries, moving stops alone can turn a positive result into a loss.
