losing streak
Several losing trades in a row. It happens to everyone, even with a good plan.
The fuller meaning
Consecutive losses, a normal feature of any method. At a 50% win rate, a streak of 5 or more losses shows up somewhere in 100 trades about 81% of the time; risk per trade sets how much a streak costs, and cutting size after losses and reviewing process helps.
