timeframe conflict
When a zoomed-out chart and a zoomed-in chart point in different directions, so the picture is unclear.
The fuller meaning
Disagreement between timeframes, such as a daily uptrend with a 1-hour downtrend during a pullback. Clear rules help: the higher timeframe sets direction, the lower times entries, wait for the lower timeframe to turn, and stand aside when they disagree at a major level.
