Wanting more and more, which can make you hold a trade too long or bet too big.

The fuller meaning

The emotion that pushes traders to chase, oversize, move targets further away or stay in too long. With fear it drives many plan breaks; the lessons counter it by deciding where to take profit before entry and letting written rules, not feelings, set size and exits.
