Getting out of a trade exactly where your plan said, at your target or your safety exit, not where your feelings say.

The fuller meaning

Exiting at the stop, the target or a written trailing rule decided before entry. Planned exits beat feelings: exits that follow emotion make wins small and losses big, while planned exits keep average win and loss where the plan expects.
