Changing one of your trading rules on purpose, after checking your notes, one change at a time.
The fuller meaning
A deliberate edit to the plan based on journal evidence, made one at a time and outside the heat of a trade. Changing rules after every loss chases outcomes; the weekly review turns well-checked patterns into two concrete rule changes at most, then tests them.
