Being truly good at something, which shows up over many tries, not just one lucky win.

The fuller meaning

The part of results that comes from repeatable decisions rather than chance. It shows only over many trades, through process quality and consistent rule-following; a few wins or losses say little about skill, and scams sell lucky streaks as genius.
