A diary of your trades: what you did, why, how you felt and what happened.

The fuller meaning

A written record of each trade: setup, entry, stop, exit, result in R, reason and an emotion tag. Grouping entries by setup, market, time and emotion reveals edges and leaks; an AI can help summarise it, but the raw journal stays the source of truth.
