Looking back at all your trades once a week to find what went well, what went wrong and one thing to fix.

The fuller meaning

A regular review that sums results in R, rule-following and emotions from the journal, finds the biggest leak and turns it into one or two concrete rule changes. Fixing one thing at a time keeps changes testable.
