ATR expansion

When a very quiet market suddenly makes one giant candle that bursts out of its small box, like a gust after still air.

The fuller meaning

A volatility breakout: after ATR sinks to one of its lowest levels in a long while, one big candle spans at least twice the recent ATR and closes beyond the recent range; in this app's library it must close past the last 10 candles' high or low. It shows energy returning, but the first burst does not always last.
