ATR

A number that shows how big candles have been lately, so you know how far price usually moves in one step.

The fuller meaning

Average True Range: the average of true range over N periods, usually 14, measuring volatility, not direction. In this app ATR(14) scales every round: a target 1.5 ATR and a stop 1 ATR from the signal close, with 12 candles to reach one. Lessons also use ATR multiples for stops and sizing.
