bullish engulfing
Two candles: a red one, then a bigger green one whose body swallows it, a hint that buyers have taken over.
The fuller meaning
A two-candle reversal pattern after a decline: a green body that completely covers the previous red body, showing buyers overpowering sellers. Traders trust it more at support or on high volume, and the idea is wrong if price closes below the pattern's low. In this app it is scored with a 1.5 ATR target and a 1 ATR stop.
