A full green candle with no thin lines: buyers were in charge from the first moment to the last.

The fuller meaning

A long green candle with little or no wick that opens at or near its low and closes at or near its high: buyers controlled the whole period. It shows upside strength, but chasing one at the end of a long, stretched run is a classic mistake.
