Expecting prices to rise, or showing that buyers are winning.

The fuller meaning

Describes a view, candle or pattern that points to higher prices, such as a green candle closing near its high or a pattern completing upward. A bullish signal shifts the odds but predicts nothing on its own; location, confirmation and a stop still decide the trade.
