A dip that stops higher than the last dip, one of the steps that shows prices are climbing.

The fuller meaning

A swing low above the previous swing low. Higher lows with higher highs define an uptrend; a close below the most recent higher low is a break of structure. In an ascending triangle, rising higher lows press against flat resistance.
