When price reaches a line or level on the chart, even for a moment.

The fuller meaning

Price reaching a level, line or zone. Each touch of support, resistance or a trendline adds evidence, and a third touch makes a trendline more trustworthy. In this app's scoring an exact touch of the target or stop counts, and a candle touching both counts as the stop.
