zone
A band of prices, not one exact price, where buyers or sellers tend to act.
The fuller meaning
A price band around a level: buyers and sellers do not all act at one exact price, so support and resistance work like thick bands, often about half an ATR wide or the spread of earlier wicks. Wicks poking through and closing back inside are normal, and stops go outside the zone.
