range
How far price moved from its lowest to its highest point during a candle or a stretch of time.
The fuller meaning
The distance from high to low of a candle or a period. A candle's range shows how much price travelled, ATR averages it, and where the close sits within the range shows who won; the same word describes a sideways trading range between support and resistance.
