When a batch of locked-up crypto coins is released so their owners can sell them, which can add a lot of supply.

The fuller meaning

A scheduled release of previously locked crypto tokens, for example to founders or early investors, into circulating supply. Like inventory reports for commodities, it is a scheduled supply event; ignoring it is a listed mistake because extra supply can weigh on price.
