The US government group that watches over markets for deals to buy or sell things later, to keep them fair.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the US regulator of futures markets, while the SEC covers securities and FINRA oversees brokers. It also warns the public about scams, including an advisory that AI will not turn trading bots into money machines.
