When price takes a short rest and then keeps going the same way it was already going.

The fuller meaning

The resumption of the prior trend after a pause. Continuation setups include flags, many triangles and pullbacks to support in an uptrend; they are confirmed only when price breaks out in the trend's direction, and they can still fail.
