The world market where people swap one country's money for another's, open all day on weekdays.

The fuller meaning

The foreign exchange market, a global network where currencies trade in pairs, 24 hours on weekdays through the Asian, European and US sessions. Spot forex has no central exchange, so charts show tick volume; moves are measured in pips and sized in standard, mini and micro lots.
