FSA

Japan's main government group that watches over its money markets to keep them fair and safe.

The fuller meaning

Japan's Financial Services Agency, the main financial regulator, responsible for the stability of Japan's financial system and the protection of investors. It registers brokers and advisers and sets rules, including leverage limits for retail forex.
